General Guidelines
Scoring
Nearly all questions in each of the MBAs assignments will be scored out of three points. See the syllabus for explanations on the relative frequency with which to give 3’s, 2’s, and 1’s. In general, 3’s should be rare and demonstrate an unusually proficient understanding, 2’s should indicate a good understanding of the material, and 1’s should indicate an honest attempt with a misunderstanding.
Grading Deadlines
Unless otherwise noted, we should aim to complete all grading for a given assignment within 48 hours of its due date. So if an assignment is due at 8:30am on Monday, for instance, we should complete the grading by 8:30am on Wednesday. If at any time you can’t make this deadline, please just let Maria know and we’ll work something out!
